All members are required to work with other professionals in ways that are best suited to the benefit of your animal.

All members will carry out full records of the work they do with your animal.

All members will fully explain to you the work they intend to carry out and will outline any possible responses you may see in your animal.

All members will fully respect your confidentiality as a client and always abide by the GDPR.

All members are required to hold up to date Public Liability and Malpractice Insurance.
